Yes, you can decorate; however, you are not allowed to paint the apartment.
Amenities
We have several great amenities at our property including a pool, playground, and a park across the street.
Our pool is open during the summer months. We do close it for a short period in December.
We do have parking available at our community.
Yes, we love our furry friends!
We have a $300 deposit for your pets. We also charge a $35 per month pet rent fee. Please contact the leasing office for additional details!
We do not allow aggressive dogs and we have a weight limit for dogs. Please contact the leasing office for additional details!
We have Solano Park located across the street from our property.
The standard amenities we offer include a refrigerator, a stove, and a dishwasher.

No, we do not offer corporate leases. Please contact the leasing office for more information!
Yes, we will hold it at the office. We will then place a package notice on your door so you can pick up the package at the leasing office.

No, there are no fees associated with taking a tour. Come on in!
You do not have to make an appointment. We do accept walk-ins.
The leasing office is open all day from 8AM - 5PM where you can get in touch with the management team.
There are several ways to apply. You can either apply online via our website or you can stop by the leasing office and apply in person.

Paying rent on time is the key to a smooth transition into renting apartments.
There are multiple ways to pay your rent. You can do it online via the resident portal, through a money order or you can bring in a check to the leasing office.
Renter's insurance is not required.
Utilities are not included in the rent.
You can either call the utilities provider or you can setup the utilities via the move-in sheet provided.
We recommend Cox or Centurylink. You can't setup dishes.
Yes, we do offer a bonus. Currently, it is $200. Please contact the leasing office for more details!
Guests can stay up to 2 weeks.
Currently, we do not offer discounts on advance rent payment.
No, subletting is not allowed.
You will need to pay the lease break fee along with any concessions.

We have a light rail station about a half mile from the property.
Our property is close to Aspire.
Our closest school is Solano Elementary.
The closest dog park is across the street at Solano Park.
Christown Spectrum Mall is located less than a half mile from the property.
Starbucks is a half mile from the property.
